Victor was last seen in Omaha, Nebraska sometime in July of 2000. Although he didn’t own a vehicle, that month he told his loved ones he was going to Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He has never been seen or heard from again. He was reported missing January 6, 2001. At the time of his disappearance, he lived in the 2300 block of N Street in Omaha, Nebraska. He was known to frequent the South Omaha area and enjoyed fishing in the Missouri River near the South Omaha Bridge.
