On January 24, 2015, Jakela Foster, Letecia Fox, and Cameron Harris were at a gathering with friends in the area of 34th and Parker Street when gunshots were fired. At 1:44 a.m, Omaha Police were dispatched to the area for a shooting. There were a total of eight victims with gunshot wounds. Jakela and Letecia were both declared deceased at the scene. Cameron was transported to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries.
