On March 18, 1994 at 6:24 a.m Omaha Police were dispatched to the area of 32nd and Upland Parkway regarding a man down in an Oldsmobile Delta 88. Officers found medics attending to Gary. Gary had been shot multiple times and was declared deceased at the scene.
