Brendan was last seen outside his residence playing with his father Ivan Henk. He is Brendan’s mother’s ex-boyfriend. In 2005, Ivan pled guilty to murdering Brendan. Authorities believe that Ivan disposed of Brendan’s body in a garbage bin. The Sarpy County Landfill was searched, but Brendan was never found.
